Gardner Museum Bus Trip

Join us on a museum exploration trip to Boston!  We’ve offered programming about Isabella Stewart Gardner and Frederick Law Olmsted over the past year, and now is your chance to explore their legacies in Boston.

This is an all-day excursion from South Windsor on Friday, June 23.

Tickets are $90 per person and include luxury bus coach transportation (Post Road Stages), bus driver tip, water and snacks (including Isabella’s legendary champagne and donuts!), admission and private guided tour of the Gardner Museum.  Also on the bus, staff will share historical context about Isabella Stewart Gardner, provide background on the Garner Museum’s infamous art heist, and discuss the legacy of Frederick Law Olmsted, designer of Boston’s Emerald Necklace Parks.  Young adults aged 12-17 are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian.

The Gardner Museum has a limit of 45 guests for private tours, so register early to save your spot!

Because the coach transportation seats more than 45, we will be offering a limited number of transportation-only tickets should you have a friend or family member who would like to travel with you but may be interested in exploring something other than the Gardner Museum.  However, priority will be to sell Gardner Museum tour seats first.  Check back for the availability of transportation-only tickets.
